Learn hot to make a Shape Tween in Flash 8.
First create a new document. Now make a circle and convert it into a movie clip. Ad some frames…let’s say…30 frames. Make frame 30 into a Key Frame. In in draw another shape. With any of the frames between 1 and 29 selected go to the Properties Panel and chose Shape as a Tween option.
Your timeline should look like this now:
